My stay at the hotel was unforgettable! The rooms were recently redecorated and overlooked the beautiful courtyard; it was the perfect setting for a romantic midweek or weekend getaway. However, some areas seemed a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. The service by the staff was welcoming and accommodating, though there were slight hiccups like forgetting to provide towels initially. The location was fabulous, right at the heart of town with a lovely buzzing courtyard. The dining experience, although with friendly staff, had its disappointments, especially with the toast being a bit soggy. Overall, it was a delightful stay with some minor imperfections.
